    Responsibilities
    The position is responsible for planning & implementing Hotel marketing plans in consultation with Management: effectively manages and directs the overalll sales efforts for the Hotels. The incumbent will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Department for the property requirements such as print collaterals, adverstisement as well as rreview the operating results of the Hotels and take appropriate marketing action to ensure that profit budget objectives are attained.

    • Update the Sales Manager, E-Commerce Manager & Marketing team, General Manager & Executive Committe on market trends and economic conditions. Conducts research on local competition
    • Sets sales plans and goals for the both properties. Develops strategies and recommends procedural changes to meet competition, increases sales & profitability & improves customer satisfaction
    • Prepares monthly report of sales & marketing activities of the entire Hotel Sales Department
    • Reviews rate recommendations to ensure a competitive position & maximizes revenue production
    • Promote cross selling for Fridays Boracay & Fridays Boquete

    Requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Management or Marketing
    • Must be familiar with Marketing Strategy, Budgeting, Marketing plan and yield management. Wide area network witihin the hospitality industry.
    • Proactive, Innovative, Service minded & guest oriented. A thorough & methodical approach. Ability ti identify problems, atttention to detail, autonomous & dynamic
    • Excellent English both oral & written & tactical skills
    • Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience as Director of Sales in 5 star international chain hotels.
